The UFC will be back in Sweden in April for its ninth UFC on Fuel TV.

Swedish native Alexander Gustafsson will once again be the main event in his home country, taking on former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion Gegard Mousasi. A Gustafsson victory he could put him in line for a possible title shot. While Gustafsson is highly favored in his match, anything can happen in the UFC.

This is just a list of fights set for the April 6 event.

Some other fights on this card that I am interested in (highlighted above) besides the main event are: Pickett-Easton, Pearson-Couture, and Mitrione-De Fries.

I think Pickett (22-7) is always fun to watch and Easton (13-2) is a good match-up for him. It should be an awesome fight between two guys who are rather fond of leaving the judges out of it.

Mitrione(5-2) is another fighter I am keeping an eye on. His only two losses are to Cheick Kongo and Roy Nelson. Neither are nothing to scoff at. I look forward to seeing how Mitrione’s career progresses.

Finally, I get to see Couture (son of UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture) fight. I have been looking forward to this for awhile. Lets see if daddys fighting genes have rubbed off on him.
