On April 12, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the First National Bank of Huntsville, the SHSU Student Government Association will be holding a drive-thru donation drop-off benefitting the SHSU Food Pantry. They will be seeking donations of non-perishable food items.
Further, you can offer walk-up donations from 7 a.m. to noon at Junk-A-Palooza, a community-wide garage sale, that same day on the square.
In the meantime, you can support the food pantry by donating non-perishable food items now through April 9 at the following partner locations:
- Adler Toys
- City of Huntsville Main Street Office
- First United Methodist Church of Huntsville
- Ken Holland, Edward Jones Financial Advisors
- Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home
- Walker County Courthouse, Judge Colt Christian
- Walker County District Attorney’s Office, Will Durham
Some other ways you can support the SHSU Food Pantry include monetary donations or offering to volunteer.
