Sam Houston State University held its annual homecoming parade on Tuesday, bringing swarms of students and Huntsville residents out to take in the festivities.
Other homecoming events coming up this week include the Sam Jam Carnival, scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Holleman Field Lot, as well as Thursday’s homecoming football game against Jacksonville State. The homecoming court will be revealed during Thursday’s game, which is set to kick off at 7 p.m. at Shell Energy Stadium in Houston.
