Avengers Endgame, however, remains full of contradictions, or rather highlights a paradox. If we assume that going back in time, the Avengers have not changed the present, an element undermines this theory: when Loki uses the Tesseract to escape in 2012, then the end of Avengers (when Thor brings his brother back to Asgard) disappears completely. The other theory is that each time our superheroes go back in time, they create another timeline. This is also what the Elder implies when Hulk asks him for the stone of the infinite. It remains to be seen if Captain America could really put things in order by going back in time to replace each stone. But for that,
